The case is like an Apple case, but even harder to open …
lol, I also watched this video to get an idea of how to open the packaging. I bought it used, so it had no instructions.
Thanks man!, without you I never would have gotten my nook out of its case without using a hammer.
@poncewattle Yeah , the embarrassing thing is mine did come with the instructions, but I threw them out right at the beginning of the video with the receipt.
Thanks for this video. I purchased mine in the store and did not get any opening instructions, so by watching your video I at least had an idea where I was supposed to yank. I can’t believe they made that so hard to open.
I’m glad I’m watching these unboxing or else some of these things would scare the crap out of me. (like not being able to get that back cover off….)

The nook looks quite nice but I, personally, still prefer to lick & flick, and by that I mean ‘pages’ not ‘boogers’!
@TreyBrutha OK I deserved that, funny thing is that receipt I pulled away also had the opening instructions. Damn thing was a rubix cube.
