The Dublin-based chain recently began offering Apple Pecan Chicken, BLT Cobb, Spicy Chicken Caesar and Baja salads in the Columbus area and Nashville, Tenn., spokesman Denny Lynch said. “We think that the unique combination of these ingredients, two types of apples, Applewood-smoked bacon, you won’t find in your typical salad,” Lynch said. “We believe we are raising the bar on (fast-food) salads and reinventing the category.”
