I recently read that over 70% of Americans dream of being their own boss and work from the comfort of their home, to have time for their family and their hobbies. While this may seem unachievable to some, others have taken action and achieved what so many people just dream of.

In this article I am going to show you some ways to make money online that will give your make-money-from-home ambitions a jumpstart.

#1 Sell merchandise with your designs on them
If you like to work with graphics, this one is for you. PODs are print-on-demand companies that let you place your artwork on a variety of products, usually ranging from t-shirts to prints and coffee mugs. These companies take care of the full process for you, including payment processing, manufacturing and shipping. Use your website to promote your products and receive a commission whenever someone buys one of your products.

#2 Create your own product
Creating your own product or service is easier than you might think. Read point 3 on creating a website over a topic you know inside out. If you can create a website about a topic you love the same is also true about creating an ebook. Publish your ebook on Amazon or on another website and encourage people to promote your product for a share of the commission. With the growing popularity of ebook readers this will become more common place.

#3 Create a website on a topic you are passionate about

Question by Nik: How does a staggered “A & B” invitation list work?
I keep hearing about this concept and I guess my question is, how do you have time for this? I mean, I would think that you would have to send your guests invitation really far in advance to get the response cards back in time to send out the second list of people. Am I right?

Has anyone done this? I know that a lot of people turn up their noses to it and I just honestly don’t know how I feel…

A staggered “A & B” guest list is usually made because the bride and groom are having trouble cutting down their guest list. The ‘A’ list, of course, includes the guests that must be invited. Usually, the invitations are sent out at the normal time frame (about 8 weeks before) with an RSVP date 4 weeks before the wedding. Then, upon receiving “regrets,” the second set are sent out. Usually, depending on how many “regrets” they receive, the couple prioritizes who they send the invites to on their “B” list.

Why people do this, I don’t know. I think it would seem suspicious to me to get my invitation only a month before the wedding, and it would seem like an afterthought.

I think if people cannot afford all their guests, they should cut back on unnecessary expenses, like floral centerpieces or wedding favors, or perhaps do a later dessert reception only, or a cake and punch reception or brunch reception.

Unfortunately, everyone believes that bigger is better, and forgets that weddings are not about being the most elaborate or expensive.

how well does “plan b” work, and does it matter when its taken during my cycle as long as its taken within72 hours (i took it within but im still a little scared. and when should i take a pregnancy test, i should have my period around the end of the month.

It is supposed to be fairly reliable but it does still have its failures. I had sex late at night and got “plan b” first thing the next morning and followed the instructions exactly and i still got pregnant. So you can just never be too sure! Good Luck, hope it worked for you! having said that it has worked for me a previous time.
